The Best Helper This Side of the Mississippi

Gabriel THRIVES on being a "helper." The beam on his face when he has accomplished his "helper" task is priceless. In preschool he is the "Light Collector" (making sure lights are off), and he takes his job pretty seriously. At home his job is to clear the dishes off of the dinner table, which he is always more than willing to do (let's hope this lasts). This past weekend he helped Daddy clean the grill. At first, Daddy didn't want any help, because it's pretty messy. But the disappointment on Gabriel's face was so heart-breaking that Daddy found a job for him to do: "Grill Scrubber." He was ALL OVER that!
