Our little Heber is growing so fast! He is very alert and bright-eyed and always looks as if he is on the verge of smiling! He is a very sweet baby, and isn't as fussy as Gabriel was. So far he seems to have a pretty laid-back temperment. We will see if that lasts. It's so fun to watch Gabriel with his baby brother. He just ADORES Heber and wants to hold him and love him every chance he gets. The other day he asked me: "Mommy, when is Heber going to grow up? because I REALLY need someone to play with me NOW!"
Just a few little details I want to remember:
-Heber is so "vocal" when he eats and sleeps. He grunts and hums and sighs...
-When you talk to him he lifts his eyebrows in a sort of surprised/interested/curious fashion (starting around 3wks old).
-He has A LOT of gas, which his little brother finds hilarious everytime Heber squeaks a little toot out (BOYS...sigh)!
-At 4wks he started "talking" to us with his own coos and special cries/whimpers
-From a few days after birth until now (4wks) he has stayed committed to the schedule of waking every three hours to eat. At least he is on a schedule!
